“A workshop that delivers structured approach to innovation and creativity through Playful Learning Methodologies’’
About Play Innovation Workshop
This workshop promises to equip participants with the tools, mindset, and leadership culture required for developing innovative and creative ideas that will help your company grow its human, material and financial resources in your current and potential new markets. The tool for achieving this great fit is the structured playful learning techniques and the workshop will be facilitated by Avi Liran and Annemarie Steen who are experts in the field of innovation and playful learning. Playful learning applies improvisation methods that create awareness of current mental barriers to develop the required mindset for innovation and creativity.
Four (4) Phases of the Play Innovation Workshop:
- Sensing – At this phase, participants are challenged to immerse themselves into the unknown and look for the underlying customer needs and insights. Participants are taught how to use tools that focus on empathy and how to find relevant facts and figures here.
- Visioning – Participants get to learn the barriers to the creation of ideas and how to ideate as many ideas as possible by applying different brainstorming methods.
- Prototyping – At this phase, participants are challenged to create a prototype of the ideas they’ve selected as quickly as possible. The skills for testing assumptions and for obtaining valuable customer feedback for improvements are learnt at this phase.
- Lift-off – Participants are exposed to the techniques for developing a pitch that incorporates user value proposition during the lift-off phase.
The maximum number of participants for the Play Innovation Workshop is 30 which means that there will be three (3) teams that would work on 10 creative concepts/products.
