The Value of Values game is based on 14 years of research by Prof Dolan from ESADE university. Through this interactive game, participants open up to re-discover their core values while making deep connections with others.
This workshop is used by organizations to teach the core values rapidly and cost-effectively with stickiness and sense of ownership. Variations of the workshop are used for onboarding, for conflict resolution and as a tool to assess cultural suitability as a selection tool during recruitment.
